Opportunities for Ministry
Ministry Developer
A Developer guides a Ministry Overseer in launching
a New Calvary Ministry. A Developer can see the “Big
Picture” of an Overseer’s dream. A Developer can
foresee a new ministry potential, envision it and
walk others through the correct steps & stages to
bring successful implementation. A Developer loves
to see God work through people ministering to one
another.
A Developer is very motivated to launch and land
brand new Calvary Ministries.
Ministry Overseer
An Overseer has a huge heartbeat for a particular
ministry. An Overseer is the “point person” who is
responsible for overall functions of a specific
Calvary ministry. An overseer has a very giving
heart. This person is more than willing to work
“behind the scenes” and supervise others working
within the ministry. An Overseer sees problems that
arise in ministry as “challenges needing solutions."
An Overseer has a passion to meet the needs of
others through building up a team of ministers.
Ministry Coach
A Coach enables others to discover their talents for
ministry. A Coach has the gift of teaching. A
Ministry Coach will often provide instruction for
the purpose of equipping others for ministry. A
Coach understands spiritual gifts and God given
talents. A Ministry Coach loves to see the Family of
God put their gifts to use for meeting peoples needs
and bringing glory to God. A Coach encourages
believers to strengthen their gifts through training
and exercising their talents.
Ministry Connector
A Connector connects people with ministries. A
Connector meets with people, consulting them in
seeking a ministry that fits their talents and
gifts. A Connector will normally work closely with
coaches and step in to assist with people who have
discovered their ministry shape. A Connector is a
people person who is skilled in listening. They love
to see people in the Family of God blossom, when a
person finds their niche in the Body of Christ.
