Absentee ballots will be available via email and also at the church office during regular church office hours (Tuesdays, 8 to 4) from October 26 through November 5. All absentee ballots must be turned in to the church office by November 5 to be counted. Remember, your request for an absentee ballot must be in writing.
Meeting Agenda, Minutes, Budget, Etc.
Beginning October 26, copies of the 2020 annual business meeting agenda, the 2019 annual business meeting minutes, the complete proposed 2021 budget, and the proposed constitutional amendment will be available upon request from the church office during regular church office hours. The 2020 meeting agenda will also be posted in the garden room.

After you register here to attend the annual business meeting via Zoom, you will receive a confirmation email from the event app, followed by an email from the church office containing the Zoom link for the meeting, as well as all of the relevant and pertinent documents that you will need for the meeting. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the church office as soon as possible.
*Note-Please keep your microphones muted during the meeting, until the designated question/discussion time. Voting for those who are attending the annual business meeting via Zoom will be done securely and privately within Zoom itself. Couples/Members from the same household will need to register themselves individually in order to maintain an accurate head count for quorum purposes.
