2021 Annual Business Meeting

The Annual Business Meeting will be held on Sunday, November 14th, 2021 after the Women's Ministry Soup Fundraiser (around 12:30 PM). For members who watch our service online, you are invited to attend the meeting via zoom. Advanced registration for Zoom participants will be required.

Absentee Ballots

Absentee ballots will be available in the church office during regular church office hours (Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4 PM) beginning October 27 through November 11. All absentee ballots must be turned in to the church office by 3:30 PM, November 11. Remember, your request for an absentee ballot must be in writing.



Meeting Agenda, Minutes, Budget, Etc.

Also beginning October 27, copies of the current (2021) annual business meeting agenda, the previous (2020) annual business meeting minutes, the proposed 2022 budget, and the proposed constitutional ammendments will be available upon request from the church office during regular church office hours (Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4 PM). The current (2021) agenda will also be posted in the garden room. The annual report for 2021 will be published and available in February 2022.

After you register here to attend the annual business meeting via Zoom, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Zoom link for the meeting, followed by an email from the church office with all of the relevant and pertinent documents that you will need for the meeting. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the church office as soon as possible.


*Note-Please keep your microphones muted during the meeting, until the designated question/discussion time. Voting for those who are attending the annual business meeting via Zoom will be done securely and privately within Zoom itself. Couples/Members from the same household will need to register themselves individually in order to maintain an accurate head count for quorum purposes.
